2) Hap up around your property to collect all debris. Fit down pipe filters.
4) Professionally pressure wash roof to remove all moss etc (hot or cold turbo system)
5) Complete wash down of walls windows, doors, conservatories, gutters, ground level etc!!!
6) Repair re-point re-bed hip & ridge tiles replace cracked tiles
7) Apply drench wash of biocide.
Apply two coats of roof coating (some coatings and tile types require a primer)
